That relentless mindset has been with her since her teenage years in Indiana. From early jobs at McDonald’s and local nurseries to a stint in nursing, Glaser’s trajectory has always leaned upward. Her drive earned her the nickname “Tony the Tiger”—and her sharp instincts and grit helped her break into the competitive real estate world.

Even amid challenges like inflation and the pandemic, Glaser has remained resilient. “Things are starting to pick up,” she notes. “I’ve always believed that nothing ventured, nothing gained. I’m not afraid to take risks.”
 
As much as she thrives on closing deals, giving back is just as fulfilling. “I support anything that involves children, like St. Jude,” she says, also highlighting her contributions to Big Dog Ranch Rescue and the Boys & Girls Club. “I give back about ten percent of my income every year.”

Glaser is also a proud supporter of Victoria’s Voice, a nonprofit founded by Jackie Siegel (of “Queen of Versailles” fame) that combats youth addiction, as well as Ashley Brown’s Selfless Love Foundation, which helps foster children find families.
